Please carefully read and fully understand the relevant terms and conditions in the agreement, especially:

3. Please note:Given the user's habit of using game services, the user is obligated to voluntarily re read all the contents of this End User Use License Agreement on a monthly basis starting from the date of using the Juefeng EasyPlay service. In view of the above provisions, if the user is negligent in fulfilling these obligations, they have no right to raise objections to the legal validity of the relevant terms without being aware of the above content

2. User Rights

2.1If there are any objections to the relevant terms mentioned above and any content of this agreement,Users have the right to refuse to click to agree or to express their objections to Juefeng Yiyou within 30 days after any agreement updates, changes, or modifications are made (see the information published on the APP)
2.2Any of the following actions by the user will be deemed as the user's complete recognition of the agreement. This user agreement will immediately take effect and fully bind Juefeng Yiyou and the user:
(1) Click "agree" at any stage of registration, download, use, etc;
(2) Using the game products and services provided by Juefeng Yiyou in any way that may or has already interacted with the game;
(3) Failure to express objections to Juefeng Yiyou by email or email within 30 days after updates, changes, or modifications to agreements, rules, etc

3. User recognition

Considering that Juefeng Yiyou has fulfilled the obligations of the formulator of the standard terms in accordance with the law, the above actions of the user will be deemed and should be deemed that the user has fully paid attention to and agreed to the legality and validity of all terms of this agreement, especially the terms that remind the user to pay attention to, Users should not claim or request the court or any other third-party organization to confirm the illegality or invalidity of the relevant terms on the grounds that Juefeng Yiyou did not reasonably remind users of the format terms or did not fulfill the obligation to explain according to user requirements

4. Minor Attention Clause

If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors. Part 2 Declaration of Rights

The game products and related documents on the Juefeng Game APP are protected by copyright law. All programs and graphic content may not be copied, reprinted or modified in whole or in part in any way without the written permission of the authorized party and operator. The products, packaging, and all related product names, trademarks, brands, and graphics on the Juefeng Game APP belong to the authorized party or Juefeng Yiyou, and are the property of their respective owners
All content of the game (including but not limited to any computer code, game characters, game character names, game character information, story background, plot language, place name settings, task design, economic system, trading system, production and construction system, social system, adversarial function, character image, sound effects, map props, action presentation, team system, game concepts, art works, sound effects, music, audiovisual, documents, and games) The intellectual property rights of the game client and server software belong to the licensor, and the operator enjoys all the rights to perform this agreement based on the authorization in accordance with the law
The ownership of the game user account belongs to Juefeng Yiyou. After the user successfully registers, they obtain the right to use the game user account, and the ownership of any data information generated by the game account and stored in the Juefeng Yiyou database (including but not limited to account data information, character data information, etc.) belongs to Juefeng Yiyou On the premise of fully complying with the agreement, users have the right to use the data information belonging to their user account in the normal process of using the game as stipulated in the agreement.
Virtual items in game products and services, including but not limited to ingots, coins, gold, game coins, virtual equipment, virtual props, etc., are owned by the licensor or Juefeng Yiyou, The ownership of any data information (including but not limited to virtual item data information, level item data information, etc.) generated based on the virtual item and stored in the Juefeng Yiyou database belongs to the game licensor or Juefeng YiyouUsers, on the premise of fully complying with the agreement, have the right to use the data information belonging to their virtual items in the normal process of using the game as stipulated in the agreement

Part 3 Mandatory Provisions

1.1 If the user needs to use the game, they need to use the Juefeng Yiyou Pass or other accounts recognized by Juefeng Yiyou that the user has the right to use as the game account, and log in to the real name registration system and register in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. The user's application and use of the Juefeng Yiyou Pass or other accounts recognized by Juefeng Yiyou should comply with the account registration and usage standards revised and published by Juefeng Yiyou from time to time
1.2The user promises to register as a user of Juefeng Yiyou with their true identity, and guarantees that the personal identity information provided is true, complete, and valid. They shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and mandatory terms
1.3If a user needs to modify the provided personal identity information after registering as a user of Juefeng Yiyou with their true identity, Juefeng Yiyou should provide this service to them in a timely and effective manner
1.4Users are aware and agree that they may not be able to recharge or consume games in tourist mode. And once the user uninstalls or reinstalls the game, or replaces terminal devices such as mobile phones and computers, or damages these terminal devices, all game related data of the user in the tourist mode may be cleared and cannot be queried and restored If any losses are caused to the user as a result, they shall be borne by the user themselves
1.5If a user uses a third-party account recognized by Juefeng Yiyou as a game account to use and enjoy the game, the user should also comply with the agreements and rules related to the third-party account. Any related issues arising from the third-party account, including but not limited to theft, should be resolved by the user themselves.Juefeng Yiyou can provide corresponding assistance according to the situation.
2.1According to the mandatory terms and conditions, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to review the authenticity and validity of the identity information provided by the user's registration. In order to determine or verify the authenticity or validity of the relevant real name registration information provided by the user, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to provide the real name registration information provided by the user to a third party for sorting, storage, and comparative processing
Juefeng Yiyou will actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and effectiveness of user accounts.Users are also obligated to properly keep their accounts and passwords and use them correctly and securely. If either party fails to fulfill the above obligations, resulting in the loss of account passwords, theft of accounts, etc., and causing damage to the civil rights of users and others, they shall bear the legal liability arising from this
2.2Users shall have the right and bear the responsibility in accordance with the law for the behavior of the account they hold after logging in
2.3If a user discovers that their account or password has been illegally used by others or has abnormal usage, they should promptly notify Juefeng Yiyou according to the processing method announced by Juefeng Yiyou, and have the right to notify Juefeng Yiyou of the measures that need to be taken. 2.4Jue Feng Yi You shall take corresponding measures based on user requirements or specific circumstances (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account, etc.).1 Jue Feng Yi You shall require users to provide and verify valid personal identity information that is consistent with their registered identity information
2.4.1If Juefeng Yiyou verifies that the personal valid identity information provided by the user is consistent with the registered identity information, corresponding measures should be taken in a timely manner (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account, etc.)
2.4.2If Juefeng Yiyou violates the provisions of Article 2.4.1 and fails to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account, resulting in losses to the user, it shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities
2.4.3If a user fails to provide their personal valid identity document or the personal valid identity document provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered identity information, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to refuse the user's above request. If any losses are caused to the user, the user shall bear the responsibility on their own
2.5When a user provides valid personal identity information that is consistent with the registered identity information to Juefeng Yiyou in order to protect their legitimate rights and interests, Juefeng Yiyou shall provide necessary assistance and support to the user, such as proof of account registrant and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence and information to relevant administrative and judicial authorities as needed
2.6Jue Feng Yi You will apply the user's real name registration information to the anti addiction system in accordance with relevant national requirements. Jue Feng Yi You may determine whether the user is over 18 years old, whether the real name identity information submitted by the user is standardized, or whether the real name verification is passed based on the user's real name registration information, in order to determine whether to impose anti addiction restrictions on the user's game account
2.7The user is aware and agrees that in any of the following situations, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to include the user's game account in the corresponding anti addiction system and take corresponding anti addiction measures:
2.7.1The system determines that the user is under the age of 18; Or
2.7.2The real name identity information submitted by users is not standardized; Or
2.7.3User real name verification failed; Or
2.7.4Login in tourist mode; Or
2.7.5Other countries' laws, regulations and policies require or Juefeng Yiyou has reasonable reasons to believe that it needs to be included in the anti addiction system
2.8For game accounts included in the corresponding anti addiction system, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to take one or more of the following measures in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and policies, other provisions of this agreement, or reasonable requirements of the user's legal guardian:
2.8.1Provide information related to the user's game (including but not limited to login information of the user's game account, recharge flow information, etc.) to the user's legal guardian, so that the user's legal guardian can timely or synchronously understand the user's game situation
2.8.2Limit the consumption limit of user game accounts
2.8.3Take technical measures to block certain games or certain features of games, or limit users' gaming time or duration
2.8.4Cancelling or deleting user game accounts and game data and other related information
2.8.5Other reasonable measures required by the legal guardian of the user or deemed feasible by Juefeng Yiyou to restrict or prohibit the user from using the game
2.8.6Relevant measures required by national laws, regulations or policies

3. Suspension and Termination of Services

3.1If a user posts illegal information, seriously violates social ethics, or engages in other behaviors that violate legal prohibitions, Juefeng Yiyou shall immediately terminate the service provided to the user
3.2If a user engages in improper behavior while receiving the services of Juefeng Yiyou, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to terminate the service provided to the user The specific circumstances of such improper behavior should be clearly stipulated in this agreement or belong to the prohibited behavior that should be terminated as notified by Juefeng Yiyou in advance. Otherwise, Juefeng Yiyou shall not terminate the service provided to users
3.3If a user provides false registered identity information or commits any behavior that violates this agreement, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to suspend all or part of the services provided to the user; Juefeng Yiyou shall notify the user and inform them of the suspension period when taking suspension measures. The suspension period shall be reasonable, and upon the expiration of the suspension period, Juefeng Yiyou shall promptly resume its services to the user
3.4If Juefeng Yiyou suspends or terminates the provision of some or all services to users in accordance with this agreement, Juefeng Yiyou shall bear the burden of proof

4. Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information

4.1The user agrees and authorizes Juefeng Yiyou to collect user information for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, including the information registered by the user in the real name registration system, game data under the game account, and other information provided by the user to Juefeng Yiyou or collected by Juefeng Yiyou based on security, user experience optimization, and other considerations during the use of the game and related services, The collection of user information by Juefeng Yiyou will comply with the provisions of this agreement and relevant laws
4.2The user understands and agrees that in order to better provide gaming services to the user and improve the gaming experience, Juefeng Yiyou may provide access to the user's Juefeng Yiyou Pass as a gaming account, as well as other accounts recognized by Juefeng Yiyou (including nicknames, avatars, and friend relationships in such accounts), as well as relevant operation information in the game Game information and other information (hereinafter referred to as "such information"), including but not limited to the user's login status, combat information/status, achievement information, etc., can be used and displayed to the user himself or other users or friends
4.3Users should fully respect the personal information of anyone, including but not limited to other users, that they understand, receive, or have access to through games and related services. Users should not collect, copy, store, disseminate, or use the personal information of other users in any other way. Otherwise, the consequences arising from this shall be borne by the users themselves
4.4Protecting user information and privacy is a fundamental principle of Juefeng Yiyou. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the collection, use, and protection of user information by game services will comply with the "Juefeng Yiyou Privacy Protection Policy" and other agreements. Unless otherwise provided by law, if the user has agreed or authorized Juefeng Yiyou to collect, use, or process personal information related to the user in accordance with the aforementioned agreement or regulations, the revocation of such consent or authorization by the user shall not affect the collection, use, or processing of personal information that Juefeng Yiyou has previously conducted based on the user's consent or authorization. Juefeng Yiyou shall continue to be effective in the collection, use, or processing of relevant personal information

Part 4 Main Terms

1.1On the premise that the user complies with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations, Juefeng Yiyou grants the user a personal, non transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the game services. Users can only use game services for non commercial purposes, including:
1.1.1Receive, download, install, start, upgrade, log in, display, run, and/or take screenshots of games
1.1.2Create game characters, set network names, view game rules, user profiles, game match results, open game rooms, set game parameters, purchase and use game props, equipment, coins, etc. in the game, use chat functions, social sharing functions
1.1.3Use one or more other features supported and allowed by the game
1.1.4Users are not allowed to record, live stream, or disseminate game content to others in any way without the permission of Juefeng Yiyou during the use of game services, including but not limited to using any third-party software for online live streaming, dissemination, etc
2.1.1If the information provided by the user does not match the facts, or if the information provided has been changed but not updated, or there is any suspicion of misleading, resulting in Juefeng Yiyou being unable to provide or further provide services to the user, Juefeng Yiyou shall not be liable for this
2.1.2Due to the unique nature of network services, Juefeng Yiyou is not obligated to review whether the user has used the group account and password themselves. It only verifies whether the account and password are consistent with those saved in the database. As long as anyone enters an account and password that is consistent with those saved in the database, they can log in to the game using the group account and password, So even if users believe that all of their account login behavior is not their own, Juefeng Yiyou will not bear any responsibility arising from this
The right to use the user account of the game belongs to the first registrant.1 No user may transfer the user account or password in any form (including but not limited to purchase, gift, exchange, lease, inheritance, etc.). If Jue Feng Yi You discovers that the user is not the first to register the account, Jue Feng Yi You may directly retrieve the account without notifying the user of the account, and shall not bear any legal liability arising from this. Any losses incurred by the user in violation of this clause shall be borne by the user The prerequisite for providing relevant services to users on Juefeng Yiyou is that the user can indicate that they are the user of the account. This requires the user to provide relevant information (including but not limited to registration information, historical password, etc.) that has been recognized and valid by Juefeng Yiyou. If the user fails to remember the registration information and relevant historical information they have filled out or fails to update the relevant registration information in a timely manner, The user's related issues (including but not limited to password retrieval, etc.) will not be resolved, and the user shall bear the corresponding losses on their own
3.1Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors that infringe on the fairness of this game, including but not limited to:
3.1.1Using reverse engineering, compilation or reverse compilation, disassembly and other technical means to create software for analyzing, modifying, and attacking games, ultimately achieving the goal of cheating
3.1.2Use any external programs or game modification programs(referred to as "external programs" in this agreement) It refers to all programs that are independent of game software and can affect game operations while the game is running, including but not limited to simulating keyboard and mouse operations, changing the operating environment, modifying data, and all other types. If there is a conflict between the definition of plugins specified in national laws, regulations, and government regulatory regulations or normative documents and this agreement, the laws, regulations, departmental regulations or normative documents shall prevail.1 Restore, compile, decode, or modify this game software, including but not limited to modifying any proprietary communication protocols used in this software. Modify or lock data in dynamic random access memory (RAM)
3.1.3Using game synchronizers (specifically including but not limited to using hardware synchronizers such as keyboards and mice to simultaneously and synchronously control the behavior of multiple computers playing games), as well as using various other hardware that can cause users to exhibit abnormal performance in game efficiency or revenue data (including but not limited to "linkers", hereinafter collectively referred to as "cheating hardware")
3.1.4Malicious behavior such as using abnormal methods to log in to games, using external software such as network accelerators, or using robot programs to disrupt service facilities and disrupt normal service order
3.1.5Produce, disseminate, or use plugins, packages, acceleration software, and other cheating programs, or organize, incite others to use such software programs, or sell such software programs to seek economic benefits for individuals or organizations
3.1.6Any attempt to attack servers, routers, switches, and other devices providing game services in any way or method, in order to illegally obtain or modify unauthorized data, affect normal game services, and other harmful purposes
3.1.7Utilize potential technical defects or vulnerabilities in the game system to profit oneself and others in various forms (including but not limited to copying virtual items in the game, etc.)
3.2Prohibit users from engaging in the following behaviors that violate the compliance of this game, including but not limited to:
3.2.1Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution
3.2.2Those that endanger national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity
3.2.3Divulging national secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests
3.2.4inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
3.2.5Promoting cults and superstitions
3.2.6Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability
3.2.7Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, illegal lottery, violence, or abetting crimes
3.2.8insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests
3.2.9Violating social morality
3.2.10Other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations
3.3Prohibit users from engaging in the following behaviors that violate the security of this game, including but not limited to:
3.3.1Violate game management rules or principles of good faith in any form by directly or indirectly organizing, instigating, stealing, possessing, using, picking up, purchasing, reselling, or other means to infringe upon the rights and interests of any third party's account, character, virtual currency, virtual item, virtual prop, etc. with the right to use
3.3.2Assisting others in any positive or negative form to infringe on the rights and interests of third parties
3.4Prohibit users from engaging in non game related activities using the game, including but not limited to:
3.4.1Using the network service system for any illegal purpose and without direct connection to the services or products provided by Juefeng Yiyou; Including but not limited to buying and selling accounts, characters, virtual currencies, virtual props, virtual items, promoting gambling, illegal lottery, etc
3.4.2Access or attempt to access any account, computer, or network related to the game and related network services provided by Juefeng Yiyou without authorization
3.4.3Unauthorized use of the game and related network services provided by Juefeng Yiyou to collect any other user's information in any way, including but not limited to the user's personal identity information and communication information
3.4.4Download, install, or use any other game derived software developed and officially released without authorization from Juefeng Yiyou
3.4.5Receiving or downloading any material transmitted by other game users that the user knows or should know cannot be legally transmitted in this way
3.4.6Using games and related network services provided by Juefeng Yiyou to engage in any behavior that may have an adverse impact on the normal operation of the Internet, including but not limited to transmitting files containing computer viruses, destructive programs, or any other software or programs that may have an adverse impact on the normal operation of others' computers or the Internet in any way
3.4.7Use the game and related network services provided by Juefeng Yiyou to transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, intimidating, vulgar, obscene or any other illegal information materials
3.4.8Using games and related network services provided by Juefeng Yiyou to engage in any behavior that is not conducive to Juefeng Yiyou
3.4.9Regarding the services, products, and business consulting of Juefeng Yiyou and its business partners, communication channels provided by corresponding institutions should be adopted, and negative publicity about Juefeng Yiyou and related services should be published in public
3.5Prohibit users from engaging in the following behaviors that infringe on the intellectual property rights of this game, including but not limited to:
3.5.1Copy, reproduce, disseminate, and display all or part of the program, user manual, and other graphic and audio materials of this product on the internet
3.5.2Publicly display and play all or part of the content of this product
3.5.3Renting this product to others
3.5.4Restore, decompile, disassemble, edit, translate, and adapt any modifications to the program, images, animation, and music of this product
3.5.5Modify or cover up the product name, company logo, copyright information, and other content on the program, images, animations, packaging, and manual of this product
3.5.6Users are not allowed to engage in any technical activities unrelated to the reasonable use of the game, such as Reverse Engineering, Decompile, or Disassemble
3.5.7Use this product for business purposes
3.5.8Other violations of copyright law, computer software protection regulations, and related regulations
4.1Unless otherwise agreed by you, we and our affiliated companies will not share your personal information with others:
1. To achieve the purpose stated in the second section of the privacy policy, "How do we collect and use information
2. Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under this privacy policy or other agreements we have reached with you
3. 4.3The user understands and agrees that Juefeng Yiyou has the right to collect necessary data from the user to understand their needs and continuously improve service quality

5. Sending Information

In view of the agreement between the two parties,The user agrees that Juefeng Yiyou has the right to independently decide whether to regularly or irregularly send information that Juefeng Yiyou deems to have a positive impact on further providing services to the user to any known information medium such as the user's email, phone number, etc

6. Change and Termination

6.1If a user engages in improper behavior while receiving the services of Juefeng Yiyou, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user. Such improper behavior includes but is not limited to breach of contract, illegality, violation of public order and good customs, infringement of the rights and interests of Juefeng Yiyou or any third party, etc
6.2If one of the following situations occurs, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to stop or interrupt the game, and will not assume any responsibility to anyone as a result:
6.2.1Perform necessary maintenance and construction on the network equipment of Juefeng Yiyou
6.2.2The failure, malfunction, or human error of network system software and hardware equipment of other cooperative manufacturers or related telecommunications operators, resulting in complete or partial interruption, temporary inability to use, delay, or the cessation or interruption of the game due to others' intrusion into the Juefeng Easy Game system, tampering or forging of altered data, etc
6.2.3When the network communication equipment used by Juefeng Yiyou stops for any reason and cannot provide services
6.2.4Due to force majeure factors, Juefeng Yiyou is unable to provide gaming services
6.2.5If the user does not play the game for 180 consecutive days (including but not limited to playing during the free period or not consuming the game) based on the user's usage of game time and/or props as a charging item, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to take certain restrictive measures from 24:00 on the 180th day
6.2.6If a user has not been online for 360 consecutive days, Juefeng Yiyou has the right to take measures to delete any records of the user account in the game database (including but not limited to registration information, character information, level item information, etc.) starting from 24:00 on the 360 th day< Span class="bold">
6.2.7In the case where the user purchases the right to use virtual props or accepts other value-added services as a charging item, if theexceeds the effective use period of the virtual props or the effective service period of value-added services (regardless of whether the user has actually used or enjoyed the service), or exceeds the effective use or service frequency, The game licensor or Juefeng Yiyou has the right to take measures to cancel the user's right to use the aforementioned virtual props or to continue providing value-added services. The usage rights of the above virtual props and the specific charging standards for value-added services are issued by the game licensor or Juefeng Yiyou on its relevant APP or website. Users are obligated to carefully read and confirm their understanding before making the choice. Once users choose to purchase the relevant virtual props usage rights or accept the relevant services, it indicates that they have fully understood the specific charging standards for the above virtual props usage rights or related value-added services, And accept its price
